Barefoot Grounding / Earthing – Hippie Bologna or Cure-All?

Have you ever heard of the terms grounding or earthing? Grounding is not an uncommon expression and is well-known to anyone who works with electricity, but earthing is a more commonly used word referring to being barefoot on the raw Earth. Between 1990 to 2003, an international team of researchers accomplished an internal mapping of all the human genes in the human body in an effort known as the Human Genome Project.
